Come-N-Try Sports

Each year Noosa Council hosts two Come-N-Try Sports afternoons for the primary school children in the Shire. Local sports clubs from around the district send coaches and volunteers, who lead the children through a range of fun, age-appropriate activities.

The afternoon begins with a light snack, followed by two hours of fun sports on a rotational basis. With children grouped in age categories, it’s also a great place to meet and make new friends.

The 2023 Summer Sports Come-N-Try afternoon will be held on Tuesday 5 September at the Noosa District Sports Complex, 64 McKinnon Drive, Tewantin. 

An afternoon tea of fresh fruit will be provded between 3.00-3.30pm. The sporting fun begins at 3.30pm and is finished by 5.30pm.

Primary aged children are welcome to attend.
