You can request a service by filling out our online customer request form, and a council staff member will respond to your request as required. This is the best way to request a service from Council, such as road maintenance, bin replacement and reporting graffiti.

If your request is in relation to an emergency or an urgent situation please contact council on (07) 5329 6500. Do not use the online chat, online form or send an email in these instances.
