Noosa Shire Council collects your personal information to manage your Council eNews subscription and send you information about Council services, functions and operations. This collection is authorised under the Local Government Act 2009 (Qld) and associated legislation. If you do not provide the requested information, Council may be unable to register or maintain your subscription. Access to your personal information may be provided where necessary to Council employees and authorised officers. Council usually discloses this information to its contracted service providers, including SUNA Communications Pty Ltd trading as iRealty (SUNA), which is a Queensland-based company that manages eNews subscriptions and email distribution on Council’s behalf. SUNA and its service providers may access, store, process or disclose your personal information outside Australia, including in countries where SUNA’s providers operate.
