Welcome to Noosa’s “ePlan” – a digital service providing convenient access to Noosa Plan 2020. By using this ePlan you confirm that you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions of use.

Limitation: While all reasonable care has been taken, Noosa Council (‘Council’) does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information provided in this tool, and accepts no liability or responsibility for, or in connection with, any expense, loss, damage or liability (including indirect and consequential loss) arising as a result of, or in connection with, any inaccuracies, errors or omissions, or your reliance on or use of this information.
  2. Reliance: The information available through this tool, particularly in relation to a selected property, does not represent formal advice or support for any proposed development. This information should not be relied upon to make decisions which may have financial or legal implications, particularly in regard to property transactions. It is strongly recommended that all content from relevant sections of Noosa Plan 2020 be taken into consideration and, where appropriate, the advice of qualified and experienced professionals is sought.

  4. Copyright: The copyright of the information available through this tool is owned by or licensed to Council. Council reserves all intellectual property rights in the information and does not confer any intellectual property rights on you or any other person by making the information available.
