Community Halls

Council's community halls are used for a variety of community based activities including meetings, recreational activities and private functions.
These halls are run by many dedicated volunteers who oversee the day to day operations and bookings.
Council is committed to supporting Hall Management Committees in the important work that they undertake.

Cooran Memorial School of Arts

The hall is available for hire to community groups and commercial ventures looking for a medium-sized venue with an intimate atmosphere. View the Cooran Memorial School of Arts website for more details.

Cooroy Memorial Hall & School of Arts

We can offer a heritage hall with new kitchen, entry and toilet facilities, a large dance-floor, stage and seating for 300+ people.

Federal Memorial Hall and Community Centre Inc.

The Hall is an integral part of the local community, offering a family and child friendly space, fortnightly gatherings known locally as ‘Club Fed’, offers secure children's play facilities and venue hire.

Peregian Beach Community House provides an affordable venue for community groups to meet and for other community-oriented organisations to offer services to the local community.

Pomona and is the heart and hub of this small hinterland township. Our aim is to contribute to a thriving, healthy and vibrant community.

Pomona Memorial School of Arts

Pomona Memorial School of Arts is next door to Pomona Community House. For booking space and activities and overall management contact the Hall's Secretary, Heather on 0411 114 077. Hirers can access the facilities seven days per week.

Ridgewood Hall

Rich in character and history, a great place for get-togethers. Affordable and excellent facilities, including a well equipped kitchen, crockery, cutlery and glassware for 50, bar, ceiling fans, air-conditioning and gas heaters. Fully equipped for any community events.

Tinbeerwah Hall

Located at 863 Sunrise Road, Tinbeerwah (on the corner of Cooroy-Noosa Road and Sunrise Road), the Tinbeerwah Hall offers plenty of parking space and the Hall is available for hire by phoning Sylvia on 0427 476 773 (after 6.00pm) or alternatively Lesley on 0410 629 639 (after 6.00pm)
