Online Customer Request Form

You can request a service by filling out our online customer request form, and a council staff member will respond to your request as required.

This is the best way to request a service from Council, such as road maintenance, bin replacement and reporting graffiti.

Customer Service Centre - (07) 5329 6500, 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) - including After Hours emergencies where a Duty Officer will assess the urgency of your call.

Snap Send Solve App

Snap Send Solve is a free app that can be used to alert Council of issues in the community such as potholes, illegal dumping, overflowing bins etc.

The app is free and available from the Apple Store or Google's Play Store. Simply search for the Snap Send Solve app and follow the prompts to download onto your mobile device.
