CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR HOURS - 2023/24

NOOSA COUNCIL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our walk-in Customer Service Centre at Tewantin will close from 2.30pm, Friday, December 22, and reopen January 2.

NOOSA LIBRARIES

Noosaville and Cooroy Libraries will be closed on the scheduled public holidays (Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).

The Mobile Library will be off the road from Wednesday, December 20, with service resuming on Thursday, January, 4.

NOOSA AQUATIC CENTRE 

The NAC will close for Christmas Day only. Other Christmas opening hour changes are as follows:

Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve – 7am - 2pm (no classes)
Tuesday, December 26 (Boxing Day) – 7am-6pm (no classes)
Wednesday, December 27 to Saturday, December 30 – 7am-6pm (no classes)
Sunday December 31 (New Years Eve) 7am - 2pm (no classes)
Monday January 1 (New Year’s Day) – 7am-6pm (no classes)
Wednesday, January 2 - Normal hours resume

NOOSA LEISURE CENTRE

The Leisure Centre closes 12 noon, Wednesday, December 20, and reopens Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

The Gallery will close at 3pm, Saturday, December 23, and re-open on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

THE J

The J is closed from 12pm, Friday, December 22, 2023, reopening 9am, Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

NOOSA SENIORS

Noosa Seniors operations and services will be closed from Monday, December 25, 2023, up to and including Monday, January 1, 2024.

In-home services will resume as normal from Tuesday, January 2.

Social Groups will resume as normal from Monday, January 8.

  • You can request a service by filling out our online customer request form, and a council staff member will respond to your request as required.

    This is the best way to request a service from Council, such as road maintenance, bin replacement and reporting graffiti.

  • Snap Send Solve is a free app that can be used to alert Council of issues in the community such as potholes, illegal dumping, overflowing bins etc.

    The app is free and available from the Apple Store or Google's Play Store. Simply search for the Snap Send Solve app and follow the prompts to download onto your mobile device.
