Noosa Shire's local SES divisons at Cooroy, Tewantin, Pomona and Boreen Point are all calling for more volunteers. The SES provides excellent training and volunteering for the SES is very rewarding. For more information call telephone Carol Watkins on 0408 078 073 and visit the SES website.

Boomerang Bags

Boomerang Bags is a not-for-profit organisation that is helping to free Noosa of plastic bags by providing reuseable bags, free of charge, to the Noosa community. The bags are sewn locally by volunteers using fabric donated by the community. If you would like to volunteer to assist in any way please visit Noosa's Boomerang Bags website or contact Desire Gralton via email or by calling 0427 596 478
