Noosa Council's statutory meetings are open to the public as part of Council's commitment to transparent decision making and engagement with our community.
Council meetings are held at Noosa Council Chambers, 9 Pelican St Tewantin, 4565, unless notified otherwise.

Currently, agendas for each meeting type are generally published as follows:
To view an Agenda - click on the link to each Meeting event and "Download Packet" located at the top left of the page. The Agenda, Reports and Attachments can be viewed on this page, along with the Minutes & Recordings after the meeting, under "Most Recent Events".
If you wish to be notified when Agendas are published please click "My Subscriptions" below, click on "Manage" and create an account. You will receive email notifications each time the requested agenda is published online.
There are currently no Special Meetings planned.
Meetings of Council are live streamed and recorded. To view the livestream, open the meeting link and click the "LIVE" button. To view a recording, open the meeting link beside the camera icon in the Media column below.
To access any recordings prior to April 2023 please visit Council's YouTube page and go to the "Live" tab.
PLEASE NOTE: Council apologises that due to a technical error there is no sound on the recording for the Special Meeting dated 3 June 2024 - please refer to the Minutes for the outcomes of the meeting.
