Living Well Noosa
'Living Well Noosa' is a free and low-cost preventative health initiative developed to improve the health and wellbeing of the Noosa Community.
Council's Living Well Noosa program offers a variety of health and well-being inititiaves for individuals of all ages and abilities. Download the latest Living Well Noosa Calendar or browse by interest area below.
Get healthy with some low-cost and free activities, to improve your physical, social, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Try yoga, tai chi, aqua aerobics, and events specially designed for seniors with our Living Well Seniors program. The initiative takes a holistic approach addressing a range of health dimensions including; physical, social, mental and spiritual health.
