Join us for Pilates Fusion every Tuesday evening.

Pilates Fusion is a specialised training that aims to enhance the physical and mental well-being of those involved in demanding and challenging tasks. The classes are tailored to the specific needs of individuals who have been impacted by disaster and floods in the region.   

The practice focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability. Pilates exercises can help improve overall fitness, prevent injuries, and promote better body mechanics. 

This project is jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
