Core Stretch (Cooran)

Join us in Cooran every Thursday for Core Stretch.

This is a slow beautiful stretch class listening to soft music. Although starting in a standing position, the majority of the stretches are done on the floor. Using bands, balls or rollers. The stretches are very basic, held for approximately 45 seconds, rest then repeat. I encourage all seniors to do this every morning, it’s a fantastic way to get people moving and it’s the first class I get clients to try if they are unsure what they can do or just starting off into exercise. All levels of fitness are welcome.
