Pilates in Ridgewood

Join us every Tuesday at Ridgewood for Pilates.

This is a slow controlled class strengthening the core muscles and stabilising core muscles, this may help improve balance, posture and toning. Lots of instruction is given to help you learn the form of basic mat Pilates. Relaxing music is played. This class is aimed at people who are new to Pilates or want to improve on their form of Pilates. All levels of fitness are welcome.
