Great Noosa Trail Walk

The Great Noosa Trail Walk traverses the country towns of Cooroy, Kin Kin, Cooran and Pomona via a series of dedicated walking trails through farmlands, natural forests and spectacular lookouts of the hinterland through to the ocean.

Here, you walk at your own pace - the goal is to experience this gorgeous part of the world up close and personal.

The trail ensures you'll enjoy the landscape, local cafes and antique shops encountered on route.

A good level of walking fitness is required, but this is not a race, plenty of time is allowed to complete each day’s walk.  Volunteer Trail guides will be on the route providing assistance and information about the history and landscape.

Camping accommodation is provided in camping grounds in Kin Kin and Cooran or alternatively accommodation is available at numerous guest houses, which you can book.

We also offer a shuttle bus service to transfer your camping gear each day to the next location.

We take pride in the friendly community spirit of The Great Noosa Trail Walk and rely on a team of volunteers to manage and deliver this fantastic event . This also means numbers are capped for peak enjoyment.
