Pomonapalooza 2026

Pomonapalooza 2026 is kicking off Queensland Youth Week with big sound and serious local talent. Hosted by Pomona & District Community House, this FREE, all-ages live music event lands on Sunday 12 April at the Pomona Memorial School of Arts Hall.

This high-energy youth music fest celebrates the next generation of musicians, giving young performers a platform to shine. The 2026 lineup features a diverse mix of youth bands from across Noosa, Gympie and Sunshine Coast regions, including Duke Street, CorksCrew, Four Runners, Bland, and headliners Karma Police, delivering everything from indie rock and alt-rock to reggae, grunge, heavy metal and feel-good crowd vibes.

Pomonapalooza is about community, creativity and connection—an opportunity to support emerging artists and experience live music in a safe, inclusive space. Whether you’re into discovering new sounds or just keen to hang out with friends, this is your chance to catch local acts before they hit the big time.

The event is drug and alcohol free, making it a welcoming environment for young people and families (under 12s must be accompanied by an adult). Food and drinks will be available to purchase, including burgers, snags and cold refreshments.

Bring your crew, bring your energy, and get ready to mosh, chill and celebrate youth music in Pomona.
