A series of FREE body positive, sex positive, sex and relationship education programs designed to support tweens and teens, and their caregivers; with navigating the modern landscape of relationships and sexual health. 
  • This series will be run by Natalie Stokell from "Tell Your Daughters", out of the Doctors of Tewantin clinic (out of hours) who will be launching a teen health service commencing June 2026.
  • Book your teen/tween in for the most suitable workshop out of the choice below and also secure your spot as a parent/carer at the talks available prior to the workshop

Workshop Dates

NB. only tween/teens only to attend -  for parents/caregivers that want to understand more about the workshops, Natalie will be running a parent/caregiver info evening prior to the workshop - you will be emailed to offer you a chance to book in for this and if you can't make it then Natlie is able to talk on the phone 

Monday 3rd August - 11-13yo girl workshop - 5pm onwards

Optional Online Parent Talk

Join Natalie online to understand how to talk to your teen boy/girl about some of the big stuff such as ;

  • how parents can help their daughters develop a strong sense of self, healthy boundaries, and the self confidence to communicate their needs in an increasingly complex world.
  • the pressures boys face today and how parents can help them develop the skills, confidence, and self-awareness they need to thrive.

Online Session dates/Times

  • Mon 20th July: Teen Girls: 7.30pm-8pm followed by Q&A: BOOK HERE
  • Wed 22nd July: Teen Boys: 7.30pm-8pm followed by Q&A: BOOK HERE

About the workshop host:

Natalie is an educator, mum of two, and advocate for positive, inclusive sex education. She founded Tell Your Daughters to address the gaps she saw in school-based sex ed and now delivers engaging, age-appropriate workshops for tweens, teens, and their parents. With a Master’s in Psychology and a calm, compassionate presence, Natalie combines evidence-based knowledge with deep empathy to support young people as they navigate consent, relationships, and online life. She also works with Women’s Health and Equality Queensland, developing health promotion initiatives focused on mental health, respectful relationships, and gender equality.
