SCHOOL TERM ONLY - starting again on Wednesday 28th Jan 2027  - join our Teen Yoga school holiday workshop on 22nd January

This is a free yoga flow for people between 12 and 19 years. 

Designed specifically for young minds and bodies, our Teen Yoga class offers a nurturing space  to cultivate strength and flexibility both physically and mentally. Teens will experience first-hand why Yoga is one of the most effective practices at supporting our physical and mental health through the interconnection of body and breath and the incredible effects this has on our Nervous System.  

Classes are suitable for all levels of experience (including beginner) with our seasoned teacher Florence adjusting the class to include everyone in the room

• When: Wednesdays 4.30-5.15pm
• Where: Cooroy library
• Suitable for: teens between 12-19 years - no previous yoga experience needed

HOW TO BOOK: complete the Living Well Registration Form prior to your first class and text Florence each to let her know you're coming : 0404786451

NOTE:  To take part in this class, or any other classes advertised on the Living Well program, please make sure you complete this Registration Form prior to your first class.
