About the Program

These speaker sessions form part of a pilot program funded by Living Well Noosa, supporting women to access:

  • an initial assessment with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, and

  • referrals into a tiered range of community‑based exercise and support programs delivered by local Women’s Health Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.

Women interested in continuing into the broader program are strongly encouraged to attend the speaker sessions.
