Starts Wednesday 7th January 2026

Program Overview

Strong Foundations is a 12-week, evidence-based group exercise program designed for women to reintroduce themselves safely and confidently to physical activity. Delivered by an accredited exercise physiologist, the program is structured in three progressive blocks, each building upon the last to support a holistic return to exercise. Strong Foundations addresses common barriers—such as pelvic floor concerns, joint pain, fear of injury, menopause-related changes, and low exercise confidence—so every participant feels supported and empowered throughout their journey.

Sessions are progressive, inclusive, and education-informed, and are delivered by an accredited exercise physiologist. The program emphasises body awareness, posture, mobility, balance, and functional strength, while fostering a supportive environment that encourages confidence, connection, and long-term engagement in physical activity
