About
As part of the QLD “Active Women's and Girls” grant that Noosa Council is currently a beneficiary of, Living Well is now offering 4-week exercise programs that will support currently inactive women in getting confident and capable to exercise safely in their body.
Led by experienced women's health exercise physiologists or physiotherapists across the Noosa Shire, women will gain knowledge and confidence to embrace exercise once again; accounting for common issues that affect us; such as pelvic floor, post-partum and perimenopause and menopause related issues.
Group programming will run from w/b 26th May for 4 weeks (one session per week) with some programs offering an individual physio assessment also available to each participant prior to starting on the group program.
Regular and post-partum specific programs are available.

Noosa based general women’s program (with EP Clinic Noosa)
Before beginning a 4 week exercise physiologist tailored program, participants can benefit from an individual strength based assessment where an accredited Exercise Physiologist will conduct the assessment using a VALD DynaMo device to measure your muscle strength and joint range of motion (ROM).
The handheld device provides data on your strength, power, and mobility, allowing us to track your progress, spot any imbalances, and guide your training or rehabilitation plan.
You’ll also have the chance to discuss any movement challenges you may be experiencing and receive expert advice on improving your mobility, stability, and strength.
By completing the assessment, you will have the option to join the FREE 4-week group exercise class. The class will consist of 1 session per week for 4 weeks, run by one of EP Clinic’s expert Exercise Physiologists; designed to help address any gaps identified in your assessment and improve your strength and mobility in a supportive group setting.
