Soulful Sisters Women's Yoga & Circle - Peregian beach

This is an open invitation to all women seeking connection and self care.

Join us for a peaceful start to your day with a soulful session on the beach.

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork, Yin Yoga, and close with a soothing sound healing.

Then it’s over to the cafe for an optional breakfast with a beautiful community of like minded women.

This experience is lovingly guided by Steph Cox, who left the fast pace of corporate life to become a Breathwork and Yin Yoga Teacher.

Her events are intentionally designed to help women refill their cups and return to themselves.
