Mums (and Bubs) Connect Morning - Noosaville

Join other mums and their bubs for a morning of connection and learning as we invite guest speakers to share insights and information that will help to support you in early motherhood. Have a stretch, share a tea and a laugh with other mums.

We will also hear from the team at Alchemy in Motion on ways you can support your pelvic floor recovery postpartum. We will finish with a Women's Circle, to share in solidarity the moments of motherhood and you are welcome to then grab lunch at the surf club and carry on the social connection 

Session will be approx 75 mins. Arrive 10.30am for a 10.45am start

This session will be held at the Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club. 

This event is $10 for the two hours but council are providing 10 free tickets if you need support with financial accessibility - please reach out for more info to jasmine.bashford@noosa.qld.gov.au
