Mums & Bubs Yoga - Cooroy

Join our gentle Mums and Bubs Yoga class designed to support new mothers in regaining strength, easing tension, and bonding with their babies in a calm, nurturing environment. Enjoy mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation while connecting with other mums in a supportive community.

The class starts with a chance to connect with the group and then a 45-60 minute yoga session followed with more connection time.  There's no need to rush if you are running late with bub, and you can also leave early if you need to - this is a flexible class designed with mums and their bubs needs in mind. 

Suitable for little ones up to 24 months old. 

Subsidised by the Noosa Council Living Well program, each session is only $12, or book in 4 week blocks to reduce down to $10 per class.
