This course teaches you the basics of meditation. You will get to experience live guided meditations as well as have the opportunity for questions and answers.
Held at the Noosaville library over 2 sessions on Wed 23rd & Wed 30th July (11.30am-12.30pm)
- Chairs are provided to sit in (or you can bring your own meditation cushion or mat).
- No-one will be forced to speak or introduce themselves.
- This course is non-religious and emphasises your own inherent capacity for depth, wisdom and spirituality.
