Sunday, 30th November: Yoga in the Gardens (all ages and abilities)
Yoga class: Enjoy some simple breathing and mediation techniques as well as beginner friendly yoga poses amongst the natural beauty of the gardens. Suitable for teens and kids that can follow instructions and maintain focus
Take a gentle pause and reconnect with yourself in this calming yoga session held in the beauty of nature. Designed to help reset the nervous system, this practice blends soft, supportive movements with fascia release, mindful stretching, and breath awareness. Suitable for all ages and levels, the class offers a safe and welcoming space to nurture your body, calm your mind, and uplift your energy.
As we move together, you’ll be invited to connect not only with your own inner rhythm, but also with the environment, the community, and the natural world around you. Leave feeling lighter, rebalanced, and more vibrant—ready to carry that renewed energy into your day

- Parts of the session may at times be in the sunlight. Please ensure you bring a hat and suitable clothing / sun protection as well as refillable water bottle for your comfort.
