Free Community Yoga Classes - Zenko Yoga Noosaville

Starting this Wednesday 28th May, 8-9am Zenko Yoga have added EXTRA Community Classes each week and each one of these classes is free to attend. 

Classes available are"

• Wednesdays 8-9am
• Thursdays 5-6pm 
• Saturdays 10-11am
• Sundays 3.30-4.30pm 

To book yourself in, simply choose the Community Class you wish to attend on the schedule, follow the prompts all the way through to checkout and you will be able to select 'Free' as your payment option.

Make sure to check the timetable for the exact days and times you can join these community classes. 

On top of this, Sunday 1st June 6.15-7.15pm is o next FREE PHILOSOPHY TALK! 

For the month of June we are exploring the Yama: Brahmacharya, A Wise Use of Energy and Nicky Grimsdale is going to kick off the month with a very special discussion around this yama and how to consider it in daily life and your practice. 

Lastly on Sunday 8 June the studio is open for FREE classes for a Celebration of Life and Lucinda's 3rd Birthday.

Parking for the studio is in the surrounding streets, not in the Acres Car Park.
