Kin Kin Community is invited to attend this free Art Workshop Series, hosted by your Kin Kin Community Group with the support of Noosa Council.

The 6 week Art Workshop Series “Canvas and Conversation” will be held from Tuesday 13 February until Tuesday 19 March. Come along to enjoy connecting with your community through Art. Invite a friend, neighbour, bring someone you care for, or just bring yourself to relax and connect to the Artist within you.

Free to attend. Registration required. Included is a complimentary drink, nibbles platter, all equipment and your own canvas to create your Art piece to take home.

This Event will be hosted by local Artist Linda (Wags) Mcsweeney who will guide you on your Art journey and fun for all, no experience needed.

There are 3 different workshop times over the 6 weeks, 1 - 3pm and 4 -6pm are child friendly if you wish to bring along a child/ teenager suited for the experience also.  The 6-8pm is 18+ / adults only.

Each workshop will have prizes and the winner will enter a community Art Exhibition. 

After the Conclusion of the Art Workshops Series, we will have an Art Exhibition at our Community Art Event, more details to be advised.

This is funded program to support our community through connection, personal wellbeing and getting to know our Neighbours within our community. This aims to strength our communities resilience, sharing local knowledge, experiences  and information for when our community needs it most.
