Move More in March is a council-led initiative with providers generously offering a free class/session/activity for the Noosa community. Please be respectful of their time and energy. In particular, this class is perfect for those that suffer from high levels of stress, mental health issues, have had injury or previous illness that has stopped you from exercising in the past.
