A high performance cross training workout where you will drag, pull, push and swing your way to the finish line whilst developing strength, power, agility, stamina and testing your limits.

Move More in March is a council-led initiative with providers generously offering a free class/session/activity for the Noosa community. Please be respectful of their time and energy.

Suitable for all fitness levels, whether welcoming fitness into your life or taking fitness to the next level.

Participants are welcome to TRIAL 1 FREE session a week or one week of unlimited sessions for FREE during the 2024 Move More in March.
