A combination of punching, kicking and cardio drills to increase cardiovascular fitness, improve core strength, coordination and endurance whilst releasing any built up tension.

Move More in March is a council-led initiative with providers generously offering a free class/session/activity for the Noosa community. Please be respectful of their time and energy.

To participate please call or message Michelle on 0405 221 105 to secure a spot in an outdoor group fitness session located at Peregian Beach Park. Personal training in a group environment.

Suitable for all fitness levels, whether welcoming fitness into your life or taking fitness to the next level.

Participants are welcome to TRIAL 1 FREE session a week or one week of unlimited sessions for FREE during the 2024 Move More in March.
