Traffic matters are dealt with by a variety of government agencies, see the table for advice about who to contact.

Gravel roads

Road users are required to drive at speeds and in a manner compatible with the current condition of the road. Due to the constantly changing nature of gravel roads, appropriate driving speeds will vary from time to time.

Road Signs

Council maintains all traffic directional signs on council roads. Lodge an online service request with Council to report missing, faded or illegible signage.

Contact the Department of Transport and Main Roads for signage on the state controlled road network (includes motorways, highways, arterials and major connecting roads).

School Zone Flashing Lights

Contact the Department of Transport and Main Roads to report a fault.

Speeding / Hooning

Contact Policelink to report speeding, hooning or reckless behaviour.

Street lights Contact the Department of Transport and Main Roads Traffic Management Centre on 131940 to report a fault.
