Queensland Government Care Army - Queensland needs you!

The Care Army is made up of everyday Queenslanders who want to help older people living in the community who may not have friends, family or neighbours who are able to support them.

  • We’re calling on Queenslanders to do what Queenslanders do best: look out for each other.
  • We need to enlist a CARE ARMY to protect up to one million Queensland seniors during the COVID-19 crisis.
  • During the floods, we had the mud army – an army of volunteers helping Queenslanders get back on their feet.
  • The CARE ARMY is about bringing Queenslanders together to lend a hand to seniors and people most at-risk during this pandemic.
