Join us every Tuesday morning to improve Balance, Flexibility and Strength to reduce the risk of Falls

This class incorporates a variety of exercises, both seated and standing to develop strength, stability, balance, and mobility. This class can be modified to suit all abilities, so you can work at your own pace. Elements of the class will focus on improving cardiovascular health and core stability.  
Equipment: 2 x 1 kg hand weights & 1 x Light resistance band (1.5 m)  
Please note that 2 x tined tomatoes can be a great substitute for weights in your first session and the instructor has resistance bands available.
