Join us on Monday to Improve Balance and Flexibility and Strength to reduce the risk of Falls

Strength and Stability classes suitable for beginners through to intermediate exercisers. Each class uses a variety of equipment including weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to build strength, improve balance and develop coordination. Each exercise done can be adjusted to make them more accessible, or more challenging, to suit the ability of people attending, but all are done at your own pace and in a fun and friendly environment. Chairs are always accessible for those that choose to use them, and exercises can be completed sitting down if required. Current participants range from their mid-sixties to early nineties and are very welcoming of newcomers.
