Join us every Wednesday for Core Foundation classes is all about gently strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles after childbirth.

A safe return or introduction to moving again postpartum (minimum 6 week with medical clearance). If you're a mum looking to get back or start rebuilding your deep core after child birth come and try one of the Core Foundation classes.
